BBC Indian Election Train

The BBC are hyping their "Indian Election Train", and I've seen the odd shot of them with a train in a railway station on TV and on the internet. However I haven't been able to find any details. Have they hired a train to go round the country following the elections? Or do they just pitch up at railway stations with cameras and microphones and interview people with trains in the background? Anyone know?
