There's a strong perception in the Kenyan media now that the entire RVR deal was just a money-making sham (see story here and other stories in this "Rest of Africa - Other Railway Topics" sub-forum). Now, with Mombasa's Likoni Ferry facing problems, cartoonist Gado portrays former RVR boss Roy Puffet seeking new horizons to make a quick buck...
