Re: Morocco: new locomotives on test
NREC currently has 20 units subcontracted to TZV Gredelj
TZV Gredelj is responsible tor the frame and body shell, plus assembly and testing. All parts are the responsibility of NREC
If you look closely at the below photos, you will see NREC component tags. NREC is big on obliterating all OEM tags and stamped numbers, and substituting it's own. Which makes ID of NREC rebuilds difficult

If NREC have come to some sort of arrangement with the receiver, for TZV Gredelj to complete the 20 loco ONCF order, it raises the question of what is RRL Grindrod's RL30SCC-3, in CFCO livery, numbered CC1202 (now on standard gauge bogies), doing at NREC's Mount Vernon works in the USA? Rumour with US rail industry writers was that it was to demonstrate to ONCF, and that NREC were going to swing the subcontract work from Zagreb to Pretoria.

Re: Morocco: new locomotives on test
The receiver for TZV Gredelj has announced that the order being built for ONCF Morocco under sub-contract to NREC, has been increased to 30 units
