1947 drawing of 19D 3333

Post by John Ashworth »

An e-mail enquiry which maybe our forum readers can answer:
Hi,

I have a coki pen drawing of a model 19d with number 3333 drawn in 1947 by the draughts office of the SAR. It is 2500mm x 700mm. Colour in Black, blue and red. Are these drawings generally available as it has never been framed but rolled up and I wish to have it framed. If you have any info regarding this, please let me know.

Kind regards

Transnet Library probably has them.

The model itself is alive and well at Bloemfontein.

I relplied off the gmail, but if it is what I am thinking of, then it is a hellova long line drawing with all the detail on it, down to the pipes etc.Doubt if one today could get it from the THF library.
