Now that certainly ius interesting. Perhaps Dylan knows, but I will ask Peter Stow as he is usually clued up about stuff like that.

Beats me. Thought it was "COMILOG" or perhaps it was for some film shoot.

LOG usually stands for "Logistics"

I would say a Leased loco (to someone else) locally or cross border....
