After raking and clearing the ballast, old sump oil is painted onto the steel sleepers and tracks in the platform headshunt where we will store old rolling stock for the next year or two.

Excellent work and with our coaches being stored on this line, we know the track is in good condition. Might have a wheel spin here though!

I thought of that! We stopped oiling the top of the rail not far from the stopblock. The locos will never get that far.
