4 ARRESTED FOR TRACK THEFT

Two men and two women were arrested in Williamsburg, Kentucky, for helping themselves to a seven-metre-long chunk of railway track. They couldn’t get it into their vehicle, so they dragged it along the road to the nearest scrapyard, hoping to earn some pocket money. The police caught up with them by following indentations in the road surface.
