The new section of the platform is almost finished. See here one of the Chows putting it through a quality test. Someone has suggested that this 'hole' in the platform is a potential danger for unsuspecting disembarking passengers. I suggested it would be easy to fit with a hinged metal deck

The wooden decking alongside the shed will now be completed. The old guards van has been pulled up to the stopblock. Water is now connected to both ends of the platform. We need a pit and we are away!

That saw hanging on the fire extinguisher bracket won't be much help in case of a fire! I hope the fire extinguisher is back in place now - no doubt it was only moved temporarily to allow the saw to be hung up!
