Franschhoek Station

Well, I had a problem posting here last night. Got knocked out to the Login page before I coud hit the submit button. I'll just have to post one at a time I guess, as it always happen as soon as I lined up the second or third picture

Had some nice weather for a change down here in the Boland and could finally get a couple of pictures of Franschhoek station and the very dead line leading up to it.

I heard some whispering that the line may be re-opened for 2010 - would be a good move bringing the hungry and thirsty tourists to the Culinary capital of the RSA :)

It would of course be double as nice to see a majestic Steam Locomotive coming up the valley.
