Elgin Station 5

Photos of Southern African Stations, Signals, Infrastructure and Miscellaneous railway items! Photos should be 800x600 pixels, maximum size 130K. Very good ones will be moved to the Online Gallery, the rest will be pruned away after 14 days to conserve space. If you have photos of FOTR Engines and Stock, please post them in the FOTR Gallery in the Friends of the Rail Forum above.

Aaargh!! I've now switched to Internet Explorer (from Supoerior Browser Firefox) and still I get recalled every time to the Login page.

"Hello, hello, What have we here?" Aah.. grafitti and a safe!!! Oh, it seems to belong to Amelia, better not touch it!!

Jokes aside. I wonder what happened to the keys. I can guess what happened to the brass handle bar!!

Amazing record of destruction here. From a station in its hey day, to an artgallery in its away day! Nice selection of photos.

FOTR inherited a safe as part of the Hercules property. Fortunately it had been left open, and a locksmith told me it could be fixed.
