Just came across these maps. It seems that you just need to change the name of the country in the web address, but I'm not sure how many countries it covers as I got bored changing the name after a while!

Seems like it is a few years out of date. Likely the maps come from 1970s/1980s US Public domain data.

Zimbabwe is missing the "new" line Beitbridge to Gwanda.
