Did not see much evidence of this initaitive as at yesterday, Monday April 21.

Nor should they. Train crews are sympathetic to the concerns of commuters, meaning getting them home to see family and relieve elderly grandparents from taking care of children because who can tell when the next train will come? Most people can't afford to sit around and procrastinate
