These photos were sent to me by Iain Mulligan - they are nearly 60 years old and obviously not of my own model railway. As I understand it these models were built by the late Alistair Matheson. One shows a 59 class Garrett, the other is a model of the famous incline down the side of the Great Rift Valley which was used to expedite the construction of the 'Lunatic Line'. The scar of the incline can still be seen, along with the foundations of the winding house, and I have walked parts of it with Kevin Patience.

Not "old photos", but photos from Geoff Warren, who is well known in Kenyan railway circles, of a couple of his models. I believe the loco is a US loco repainted in KR colours to look like a Class 72 and the cattle wagons are old Triang wagons resprayed to look like KR cattle wagons. See second photo for the real life ones.
