Kenya Railways Facilitates Transport Of GOK Subsidized Fertilizer
Kenya Railways commenced the transportation of the GOK subsidized fertilizer on Friday 3, 2023 after His Excellency Deputy President Hon. Rigathi Gachagua E.G.H flagged off batches of the product at the Changamwe Railway yard in Mombasa County. This comes after the Kenyan Government prioritized agricultural production subsidies as a means of increasing productivity and lowering the cost of living for Kenyans while ensuring the country’s food security.
