This is the cover of an LP released in South Africa in 1963. The website on which I found it tells us that the "Song was released as a surprise hit in South Africa, where the song title had extra impact thanks to Suid Afrika's famous railroad line between Johannesburg and Kaapstad (Capetown), die Blou Trein (Blue Train)."
