Eugene's photos are always brilliant. Something that puzzles me is why one would need three 18E's to pull 35 freights. Surely two would do the job with ease.

A bigger puzzle is why it took well in excess of 30 mins to get authority for this freight train to enter the CPK yard. This caused the FOTR excursion train to Cullinan to be held up at Hercules station for ages and ages.
