One of my work mates has acquired what looks like a home built live steamer and would like to restore it, I have to admit I know zip about these things, but given the buffers on it I would say it may be of a UK loco. Can anybody help with an ID please? or at least point him in the direction of what he could finish this as. By the looks of it it fires underneath the boiler and I suspect that it may be very similar to the mamod or wilesco boilers.
