Surely one of the cleanest and nicest little stations around. Spotless toilets. Very friendly staff.

I have thought about it. It is still there and in good nick - it is opposite the station on the other side of the small yard. I will find out if it in use next time I am in the area.

Waterfall Bouven also has a rather nice water tower they still look after...

On the 2008 Steamin Afrika calendar is a nice photo of a 15F entering Waterval Boven station with semaphore signals. You can see in the background the colour light signals with the white cross on to show not yet but soon will be operational.

I really like this station and always stop here. The staff have even made me tea!
