Sierra Leone Railway in spotlight at Locomotion
A Sierra Leone Railway Festival will be held at Shildon over September 8-9 inspired by the presence of the Welshpool & Llanfair Light Railway's Hunslet 2-6-2 No. 14 (ex-Sierra Leone Railway No. 85) on display at Locomotion.
Models (7.25 in and 16 mm scale) will be in steam and anyone who would like to offer models, images or artefacts with a link to the 2 ft 6 in gauge Sierra Leone Railway is invited to contact Locomotion.
