3. Track Plan for the 1st or base level - all hidden track

The base level will be completely hidden by scenery.
The track plan here is designed to provide storage tracks, reversing loops, the ability to run one train continuously and (I think!!) maybe two trains at the same time!
The base track plan is shown below - study this carefully and you will see the potential. The layout at this level is in the shape of an inverted "U" - on the right hand leg you will notice where the line appears to terminate abruptly (yellow arrow - how can you really miss this!).
It is at this point that the line will climb and emerge from being "underground". In other words, the track work shown is all the hidden track work!
You will note the ruler - this is not for scale - it is merely there to prevent the parchment from curling.
