Directions to FOTR's new HERMANSTAD  STATION, Miechaelson Street, Hermanstad, Pretoria-Tshwane.

ALL public and charter trains leave from Friends of the Rail's HERMANSTAD (near Hercules) Station, alongside Miechaelson Street in the suburb of Hermanstad. We do NOT depart from the old FOTR Capital Park depot.

Note that this station is our own private facility and must NOT be confused with the nearby Hercules Metrorail station. 

Located about 6 km north-west of the city centre, and restored from the old disused Hercules goods yard, the station boasts some great facilities, including a proper raised platform, a souvenir and convenience shop and a covered waiting area, out of the rain and weather. The site has lots of free, secure parking so you do not have to worry about your car whilst on our trains.
