OTTAWA — The guy on the bar stool next to mine works in the sewer business.

“So what’s the weirdest thing you’ve seen down there?” I ask.

He takes a sip of his beer. “One time a few years ago we found a train.”

“A train? A train! Like a locomotive train?”

“Yeah.”

“In a sewer in Ottawa, you found a train!?”...
