Japan commuters free woman trapped under train
Dozens of Japanese commuters worked together to help a woman who fell between the platform and the train during rush hour in Tokyo...
Station officials asked commuters to help tilt the carriage so that the trapped woman could be freed...

NB: Both articles note that the train was only delayed by eight minutes before proceeding on its way. Imagine if it had happened in UK, where it would probably have been declared a crime scene, the train would have been detained there pending an investigation and there would have been massive knock-on delays to other trains for the rest of the day.
