Following the circulation of incorrect documentation relating to the call for Expressions of Interest in rolling stock (locomotives and coaches), Brian Murison (Heritage Manager, TF) has advised that ALL previous lists issued by any source are hereby withdrawn with immediate effect and are replaced as follows:.

1) Locomotives: The attached SAHRA FINAL LIST will be the ONLY document to be consulted in the process in a call for Expressions of Interest (EOI) for the locomotives.
2) Coaches: EOIs for the coaches will be addressed via the attached list entitled TF Rolling Stock – Coaches_Disposal_Lend-Lease_09.10.2013.

We hereby tender our apologies for the delay in issuing this document, but once perused it may be clear that it called for specific planning to ensure that it complies with the objectives of both the new Transnet Heritage Policy and the Transnet SOC-HRASA Memoradum of Agreement (MOA) signed recently.

Further to the call by Transnet for HRASA members to submit EOIs for the A, B, C and coaches lists, attached please find the “Guidelines to HRASA Members in submitting proposals for Lend-Lease or Disposal-Sale” document for your attention and action.

The required documents as stipulated in the two sections must be submitted to HRASA electronically by email to bod@hrasa.co.za or by e-Fax to 086 685 8251 or by registered post to PO Box 28519 Sunridge Park 6008.

DEADLINES FOR RECEIPT BY HRASA
Mandatory Criteria : 31 October 2013
Essential Criteria : 05 November 2013
