Lake Hermanstad Part 3

It was fixed, but things can go wrong again, and they did. The overflow this time seemed to occur from the drain near the building (pictured), not from the concrete manhole near the fence. There seemed not to be any solid waste this time, but plenty of foul smelling and even oily water.
