Pardon my ignorance, I know what an FOTR is, but what is a PRASA/SARCC and why did they need signing? :-)
Not quite on the rails.

PRASA is the Passenger Rail Agency of SA, it is a new group which includes Metrorail, Shoshmeyl and road transport. The steam clubs will fall into this category as TFR is doing away with all third parties. We thus need to sign an access agreement with PRASA. I believe RS were to sign on Thursday.

And SARCC is the official name of the body which runs Metro - South African Rail Commuter Corporation or something similar?
