On my journeys through the Eastern Cape last week, I came upon a quaint guesthouse in Bedford. This sleepy DA town has but 3 trains per week, a large Standard Bank and a Festival in November. So it was refreshing to find FOTR honorary member Joy Hodgkinson enjoying the peace and quiet of this country abode!

Even the guard dog on the letter box is small. I suppose it is the "small town" syndrome!
