Photo gala Coal stage
One of the highlights of the gala was the opportunity to photograph the 24 delivering some coal hoppers up the coal stage. With coal stages being cutup these are some shots I thought I would never get.

Hot shot Aiden and whilst the trees are still short, yopu captured a rare image of an operation on the only surviving operational coal stage of this type in the country.

Hi Aidan!
Great pictures al round!
A pity is the planted trees, alongside the approach line to the bottom of the coal-stage chutes - the trees make the picture look great, however it breaks the bottom "structure" of the coal stage.
All round great pictures
