Men of the Year - Arno and Billy Victor

Most of us are on duty one day and then off the next. We either come down to the site on Saturday to work, or not. But our "Men of the Year", Arno and Billy, are almost like doctors - 'on duty' for every trip AND 'on call', literally, at home, during the whole day and probably well into the night. And they probably need their 'bedside' manners to handle a fickle public with their queries and the inevitable complaints. We all owe a debt of gratitude to the men who, let's face it, bring in the money by working consistently and tirelessly. And nary a whinge in site; the two men are always cheerful, helpful and friendly to passengers and staff alike. We thank you, Arno and Billy, for your essential contribution to the success of FOTR.
