Departing Rayton on the branch to Cullinan, the 15F number 3117 makes for an interesting sight framed by the dead signal. There was a delay whilst authority numbers were given to pass this signal at danger, as the signal was temporarily out of order. The branch line to Cullinan starts at this point. In the very early days of Rayton station, there was a triangle, of which some of the earthworks can still be seen, and this section of the line was not in existence untill much later. Feb 14th Valentines day train.

View from the van as 3117 heads for Cullinan, with the last part of the train still on the main line. This is the last clear curved vantage point before the suburbia settings ruin photography!
