Tea train

The website http://www.matsuya.co.uk/?cat=4 informs us:

When I was on my way to a school visit last Tuesday, I was waiting on Reading Platform and a freight train came through. It seemed to be a normal train until I saw the label:

Tea?

Those tankers seem to be carrying about 75 tonnes of tea. But not only that, the emergency code on the tankers warns that the emergency action to be taken in case of a spillage is “3WE”, which means:

* Use foam to fight fires (3)
* If spilled, contain the spillage using a Liquid Tight protective Suit (W)
* If spilled, it constitutes a public health risk (E) and that people should be warned to stay indoors and shut their doors and windows, but emergency evacuation should be considered.

This is some tea! Perhaps it’s super-strong. Note that the warning label also tells us that it’s flammable. At any rate, the woman who looks like she fancies a cup of tea and a Digestive needs to be warned.
