An ultra-high-speed train connecting Portland, Seattle and Vancouver is more than a feasible way to address growing congestion concerns between the three Pacific Northwest cities, according to a new report. It’s also a sustainable, practical, safe and cost-effective transportation option that would also supercharge the Cascadia economy.
