As a young Railway Policeman (Blompot yeah.... :) ) I walked the beat in Table Bay Docks many a night in the mid 70's, and this is the kind of scene that always comes up in my mind when I get the chance to sit and reflect on those days. Steam Engines standing idle somewhere in the witching hour and then later, before the world wakes up, the drivers and stokers "doing their thing" around these ladies. This is one picture which will find its way to my wallpaper folder.
