- Steam-hauled Tshwane Xplorer rolls past the new Gautrain bridge supports at the entrance to Pretoria. At this point, there are three bridges, one being the old NZASM, of which only a cut off portion exists, the current railway bridge and the soon to be Gautrain one

- Completed bridge works at Loftus Verseveld station, ready for Gautrain tracks. The Tshwane Xplorer, and 19D 2650, go rolling by

- Long standing palm trees are now horizontal and ready for replanting, as they have to make way for the Gautrain development. This is University road near to Loftus Verseveld station. Train is en route Rissik

- The new alignment for Transnet Freight Rail/Metro lines goes into this underpass built as part of the Gautrain developmenbt. This will be the terminal point for the new train as it reaches Hatfield, near Rissik station. The 19D makes club history as the first steamer to pass this way.
