I dont know what to read in that article, the sceptical part of me (the majority) says that this is a ploy to get people in, hit them with impossible regulations and tarrifs, then when they fail to turn around and say "We told you so" and then shut the lines down. Or is it a genuine attempt to achieve something? Its a very curious article, especially in the light of OCT's troubles. I think the old maxim of "we will believe it when we see it" could apply. But maybe I am wrong? How do others see this article? esp FotR? is this good news or bad?
