Lt Col Eric Samuels, volunteer train manager on duty, barks an "all seats please" order at Hermanstad to passengers in preparation for the departure of the "Tshwane Xplorer", Sunday September 27, 2009. Picture taken by Arno Victor. Was this order ever codified in the military rule book, I wonder?
