Nice photo ;-) really!!

But errrm, John, wouldn't there be any safety regulations as to
1. working with a torch cutter in such confined spaces
2. working with gas in a closed environment
I've been VCA certified recently and I know there are severe limitations on both issues in the Netherlands. Not that I want to impose Dutch law&regulations on an SA volunteer, but I'm worried. Regulations often spring from things gone terribly wrong, and working with acetylene (as I suppose in this case) is no thing to fool with

A trick of the light makes it appear that the headless man is back again, this time using an angle grinder to cut the damaged boiler cladding from 3117 so that Brian Dadford can do magnetic and ultrasound testing on the boiler rivets.
